Sayora is made by Sayora Studios. This explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Plain language, no tricks.
On your PC
The Sayora app keeps your chats, files, memory and settings on your own computer. Sayora's own brain runs on your PC and works offline. We don't see that data.
When you use Sayora Cloud or sayora.org
When a message uses Sayora Cloud (fast cloud replies, Sayora Max, EcoMode), when you chat or build a website or video on sayora.org, the text you send goes to Sayora's servers and to the partner AI provider answering it (including Sayora's tree-planting partner for EcoMode). A list of partners is available on request at hello@sayora.org. They process it to give you the answer. We keep:
- A random install or browser id (not your name), your plan, and usage counts so limits and billing work.
- Websites you build at sayora.org/s/ and the requests you typed to build or change them, until you ask us to remove them.
- Your network address briefly, to stop abuse.
- A leaderboard nickname, only if you choose one.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use your messages to train AI models.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.
If you connect Instagram, Sayora stores an access token on your PC to post the videos you choose or schedule. Disconnect any time in Videos, or in your Facebook/Instagram settings.
Your choices
- Turn cloud brains off in Settings โ Models (Turbo: Never) to stay fully on your PC.
- Ask us to delete your cloud data or a website: email hello@sayora.org. Instagram data deletion: same address, or remove Sayora in your Facebook settings.
- Sayora isn't meant for children under 13.
Changes
If this changes, we update the date above and tell you in the app.
