Terms of Service

By using Sayora (the app, Sayora Cloud and sayora.org), you agree to these terms.

Use it well

Don't use Sayora to break the law, harm people, spread malware, impersonate real people or companies, collect passwords or payment details, or make content you don't have the rights to. Websites and videos you make must follow these rules; we can remove ones that don't.

Your stuff

What you make with Sayora is yours. You're responsible for checking it before you use it, post it or sell it. AI can make mistakes: review code, facts and claims, especially for money, health, legal or safety decisions.

Plans and payments

Free has daily limits. Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed by Stripe; cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the paid month. First-time subscribers can get a full refund within 7 days of their first payment by emailing hello@sayora.org. The code SAYORA gives one 3-day Pro trial per install; it ends automatically and doesn't charge you. Prices and limits can change; we'll tell you before a price change affects you.

Cloud brains

Sayora Cloud uses partner AI providers. Availability isn't guaranteed; when the cloud is unavailable, Sayora answers on your PC. We may limit use to keep the service fair and affordable.

No warranty

Sayora is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Sayora Studios isn't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

Ending

You can stop any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
